The compact Vitomax LW steel boilers are available as standard products from 700 to 1950 kW. These three-pass boilers offer the right conditions for clean combustion over their entire output range. A wide selection of burners can be easily adapted for use with these boilers. Vitomax LW low temperature oil/gas boilers are three-pass boilers with low combustion chamber loading. Consequently, they deliver clean combustion with particularly low nitrogen oxide emissions.
Product features
The user friendly Vitotronic control unit with a large colour touchscreen enables quick commissioning using the assistant function. The boilers can be connected directly to the internet for remote monitoring via the LAN interface.
Integration into a building management system is possible in conjunction with the Vitogate 300 (accessory). The Vitosoft 300 service tool communicates directly via WiFi. Energy consumption can be clearly visualised on the control unit's energy cockpit.
Vitomax LW three-pass boilers are easy to manoeuvre and save space, while the boiler cover facilitates installation and maintenance.
Vitomax LW low temperature oil/gas boilers are suitable for almost all fuels. Operation with dual fuel burners (gas/oil) offers high operational reliability. If hydrogen is available, the boilers can continue to be operated with a suitable burner.
No minimum heating water flow rate is required because of the wide water galleries. This simplifies the hydraulic connection.
Vitomax LW standard products are prepared for the use of integral heat exchangers from 1100 kW. All options are available –– whether condensing or non-condensing, gas or oil. The special design allows heat exchangers to be retrofitted at any time.
