Vitodens Simplified Commissioning
We are pleased to announce the biggest update to our Vitodens product line since the initial launch.
Over the last 3 years - following the introduction of the new Vitodens 100 series with One Base control platform - we gathered valuable feedback and market insights and have used those insights to improve our products.
From August 2024 we will start to release the newest revisions of our Vitodens ranges (050-W, 100-W, 111-W) providing a major overhaul with more functionality, all while increasing the ease of use at the same time.

What’s new?
Simplified Commissioning
With our newest revision of Vitodens boilers we’ve enhanced the commissioning flow across the 050-W and 100-W product ranges.
Parameters have been standardised across the ranges making it easier to transition between the different models.
Furthermore the number of steps for a standard commissioning have been reduced. The boilers now only require a few essential parameters to be confirmed during the start-up process, lowering the overall time spent with commissioning and reducing complexity.
All previously available parameters can still be accessed via the newly added ‘Advanced’ commissioning section if they are needed. The Advanced option appears at the end of the standard commissioning flow after all ‘Basic’ parameters have been set.
